Chris Perry was appointed President of Broadridge in March 2020. Previously, he served as our Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions from 2014 to 2020. Chris leads Broadridge's top clients and partners, overseeing Broadridge International, and coordinating Broadridge's overall growth strategy. He joined Broadridge in 2014 after more than 25 years in banking, brokerage and financial information services.
Prior to Broadridge, he was Global Managing Director of Risk for the Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters. Over the previous 14 years, Chris held numerous roles at Thomson Reuters and its predecessor, Thomson Financial. Chris currently serves on the Board of the Financial Services Institute.
Pablo Fuchs is editor of Globe Advisor at The Globe and Mail, a position he has held since January 2019. He oversees the editorial direction and editorial team for the Globe’s direct-to-advisor offering. Prior to this position, he spent more than 13 years immersed in the financial services industry and focusing on issues relevant to financial advisors as senior editor, then managing editor at Investment Executive. In those roles, Pablo was in charge of IE’s annual Report Card series and news coverage. He graduated from Carleton University’s School of Journalism in 2001.
Charles Smith is a principal in the Wealth & Asset Management consulting practice at EY based out of New York.
Charles has 25+ years of experience in the financial services sector, primarily in wealth and asset management, leading strategic and transformational projects focused on improving the client and wealth advisor experience. He has worked extensively with many of the top financial services institutions with a focus on product improvements, platform enhancements, and user-centric digital capabilities. He has deep knowledge in wealth product and platform areas and is an inventor on eight US patents on wealth-related process and product designs.
Prior to joining EY, Charles was the Global Head of Digital Wealth Solutions for Refinitiv, where he focused on improving user experiences via personalized data, digital capabilities, and collaboration tools. He also has held senior leadership roles at InvestCloud (formerly Fiserv/CheckFree), and Misys (now Finastra).
A seasoned financial services executive with decades of experience, Rowena is passionate about bringing wellness and peace of mind to Canadians. Rowena leads Retail Advice & Solutions at Sun Life encompassing the retail distribution omni-channel organization that delivers protection (life insurance), wealth, and health solutions to Clients at all life stages, in addition to the insurance solutions (life and health) manufacturing business. Through tailored trusted advice, holistic solutions, and innovative digitally enabled experiences, her team of advisors puts Canadians on the path towards achieving lifetime financial security and living healthier lives.
Tim Evans is Chief Operating Officer - Canada at CG Wealth Management. Tim is focused on building an open architecture, best-in-class product and services platform for Investment Advisors and their clients. He oversees the firm's fee-based and managed assets platform which includes Private Investment Management, Separately Managed Accounts and its industry- leading Unified Managed Account offering. In addition, he leads CG Wealth Management's Wealth & Estate Planning group which works alongside Investment Advisors and their clients to provide value-added support and guidance to help manage their financial affairs. Tim is also part of the team responsible for the delivery of support services that assist Investment Advisors in their objective of providing the best client experience possible.
Deanne Gage is a reporter for Globe Advisor at The Globe and Mail. She has specialized in issues pertaining to financial advisors for more than two decades.
She is the former editor of FORUM and Advisor’s Edge magazines and has been the recipient of several business journalism awards during her tenure.
She was the Toronto Star's Money Makeover columnist for five years. Her articles have also appeared in Morningstar.ca, Chatelaine, MoneySense, and Today’s Parent.
Karin was appointed President, Broadridge Canada in July 2023. She is responsible for driving overall results and growth for Broadridge in the Canadian market, Investor Communications Solutions Canada, and Global Technology & Operations Canada. Karin previously served as General Manager for GTO Canada, helping to expand the Broadridge footprint in Canada by bringing new capabilities and next-generation technologies to our clients. She joined Broadridge in 2019 through the acquisition of RPM Technologies, where she served for over two decades, most recently as Executive Vice President of Business Development & Client Solutions. Karin also serves as co-chair of the Broadridge Mentorship Program, which fosters the development, future growth, and career enrichment of our associates.
