Ann-Marie is responsible for leading the marketing and customer experience strategy at FedEx Express Canada. She leads a team of 900 employees across contact centres, global clearance and marketing, and is responsible for all local marketing activities including advertising, corporate social responsibility, product, public relations, retail network, and digital experience. Under her leadership, the FedEx Canadian marketing team have created corporate growth strategies for e-commerce, health care and international. Accolades for the team include a platinum ranking through the Contact Center Employer of Choice®, for 10 consecutive years for all three Canadian contact centres, as well as industry-awards for various advertising campaigns. Ann-Marie is also a member of the Board of Directors for Orbis Canada, a global non-profit organization that brings people together to fight avoidable blindness, restore vision, and help ensure no one loses their sight to a preventable, treatable disease.
Brad Liski is the CEO and co-founder of Tru Earth, an award-winning organization, based in Port Moody, B.C. which began operation in April of 2019. Brad believes that the best thing we can do to save the planet is to educate young people. He lives out this passion as a mentor at E@UBC focusing on climate solutions. Brad was recently named a Sustainability Leader by Canada’s Clean50 for 2022. As the leader in the Retail Product category, he has been recognized for making the most significant impact in helping Canada reach our climate targets. Other awards include B.C.’s Top Exporter of the Year, B.C.’s CEO of the year, and Best Eco-Friendly Household Product Company 2022.
Brad is a member of the Board of the Salish Sea Research & Education Society. Brad is passionate about the environment and causing disruption for the betterment of the planet. He has also built a strong partnership with the global conservation organization, Ocean Wise. Together they have founded the Great American Shoreline Cleanup to encourage others to get involved in the fight to save the oceans and the planet.

Marnie Rabinovitch Consky is the Founder, CEO and Chief Anti-Chafing Champion of Thigh Society (www.thighsociety.com), a women’s intimates brand specializing in moisture-wicking, lightweight and breathable multi-wear slip short bottoms. Without any retail, sales, manufacturing or ecommerce experience, she followed her hunch, quit her full-time pensioned job at 40 and bootstrapped Thigh Society to $1MM in sales, pioneering a new underwear category of “chafewear”. Thigh Society is now ranked as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies according to the Globe & Mail’s Report on Business, and Marnie has been featured in Forbes Magazine, the Toronto Star, Bay Street Bull and several other notable publications and podcasts.
Chris Hannay is The Globe's independent business reporter, based in Toronto. Before that, he was the assignment editor in the Ottawa bureau, where he helped direct coverage of federal politics. He launched the Politics Briefing newsletter in 2015 and wrote it every morning for more than five years. In addition to business and politics, he has also written features and won the National Newspaper Award for arts reporting in 2018. He started at The Globe as a summer staffer in 2010.

Prior to serving as a Member of Parliament, Minister Ng served as Appointments Director for the Prime Minister, and as Executive Director for the President of Ryerson University where she oversaw the creation of a world-leading business incubator for tech start-ups.
