Keynote | Leading at Your Best

9:40 A.M. - 10:10 A.M.

Panel Discussion | Growing My Way: Launching and scaling a business

Every entrepreneur has a unique story, and every successful one has learned a thing or two—sometimes, the hard way—about how to launch and scale a business. In this candid panel, Canada's Top Growing Companies CEOs with notable growth stories reflect on where they've been, where they're going, and what they've learned.

10:10 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.

Networking Break

10:30 A.M. – 11:10 A.M.

Breakout Session 1A | B2B Growth Clinic: How to source and secure long-term business clients

Selling to business clients can be complicated, full of convoluted procurement channels, competitive bidding processes, and unclear contracts—not to mention high product and service expectations after you've signed the deal. Yet all that work can yield fruitful long-term partnerships with significant growth potential. This session will delve into best practices in finding and securing B2B clients today—and how to keep the magic going for the long term.

10:30 A.M. - 11:10 A.M.

Breakout Session 1B | B2C Growth Clinic: How to anticipate-and exceed-consumer demands

How do you build a trusted, durable, and relevant brand in the hyper-competitive, fast-moving B2C world? This conversation will delve into the art and science of identifying consumer trends, different strategies for customer acquisition and retention, best practices in marketing, and nailing the tricky (and easily overlooked) art of delivering on your brand promise—and keeping folks coming back for more.

11:10 A.M. - 11:15 A.M.

Transit Break

11:15 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.

1:00 P.M. - 1:40 P.M.

Breakout session 2B | Exporting Workshop: Global expansion in a volatile world

Exporting beyond Canada's borders offers tremendous growth potential, but it sure isn't easy. Amid geopolitical upheaval, ongoing supply chain challenges, and environmental unpredictability, how does any growth-minded business plan an export strategy? Speakers with exporting experience and expertise will get into how to identify secure markets, build trusted relationships, develop contingencies, and de-risk your global supply chains.

Wealth management has always been different for business owners—and the landscape is changing. How will new capital gains rules affect you and your business? What do you need to know about trusts and holding companies today? Should you pay yourself by salary or by dividends? What changes can you make now to better secure your financial future—and your entrepreneurial legacy? Bring all your entrepreneurial wealth-management questions to this interactive and informative session.

1:45 P.M. - 2:25 P.M.

Breakout session 3B | Ask the Experts: Strengthening your team as you grow

Companies in aggressive growth mode can experience culture shock, as smaller, family-style teams expand and evolve into larger teams full of new faces.
