More than a quarter of women experience negative health issues related to menstruation, menopause and fertility, and 40 percent of them push through pain to make it through their workday, according to a 2024 report from Deloitte. Women also provide more care at home, Statistics Canada found, resulting in additional stress. These challenges not only affect women’s careers and wellness, but they impact workplace retention and engagement.
This webcast will bring HR and other business leaders together to discuss strategies to support women’s health and well-being at work and create cultures where all employees can thrive.
