Jeff Spiegel, Director, is Head of US Megatrend International and Sector ETFs across index and active strategies. In this role, he manages all aspects of these ETF businesses from product development and range management to research, sales and marketing. Jeff is also a prolific writer on the subject of thematic investing and a regular contributor of insights to an array of research and media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Barron's and more.
Previously, Jeff led wealth distribution strategy in BlackRock's US and Canada Defined Contribution group, managing business strategy, strategic partnerships and custom product builds to help DC consultants, financial advisors and plan sponsors to achieve successful retirement outcomes for their plan participants. Jeff's service with the firm dates back to 2013. Prior to joining BlackRock, Jeff was a Vice President with family office TLM Realty in New York City and before that worked in mortgage trading and structuring at JPMorgan and Bear Stearns in London.
Jeff earned a BA degree in philosophy and history from Brown University.

Fluent in English and French, Mary is an expert columnist for Investment Executive and Finances et Investissement. She is regularly sought out for her investment acumen, particularly in the field of exchange traded funds (ETFs). In the aftermath of the 2008-2009 recession, Mary was one of the first female portfolio managers to build discretionary portfolios of ETFs for her clients.
Pablo Fuchs is editor of Globe Advisor at The Globe and Mail, a position he has held since January 2019. He oversees the editorial direction and editorial team for the Globe’s direct-to-advisor offering. Prior to this position, he spent more than 13 years immersed in the financial services industry and focusing on issues relevant to financial advisors as senior editor, then managing editor at Investment Executive. In those roles, Pablo was in charge of IE’s annual Report Card series and news coverage. He graduated from Carleton University’s School of Journalism in 2001.
Tiffany Zhang is a research analyst at the ETF Research & Strategy Group at National Bank. She joined the group in 2015 as an associate analyst and was promoted to research analyst in 2020. The group regularly publishes street-leading reports on ETF landscape in Canada and the U.S. Their ETF research has been regularly featured in media outlets such as National Post, Bloomberg, and the Globe and Mail. Tiffany holds two Master’s degrees: Master of Arts in Economics from Carleton University and Master of Finance from Schulich School of Business. Tiffany is interested in ETF analysis, macroeconomics, and portfolio construction.
Benjamin Felix is the Head of Research at PWL Capital, an $8 billion independent Canadian wealth management firm. PWL Capital is known for its publicly available thought leadership and resources for Canadian investors, delivered through white papers, model portfolios, and multimedia. Benjamin co-hosts a podcast, the Rational Reminder, and has a YouTube channel, Common Sense Investing, which together reach hundreds of thousands of people in Canada and around the world. Benjamin joined PWL Capital in 2013 after completing a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in financial management. He is a CFA charterholder and a CFP professional.
